Nedra Landry Ramagos

Nedra Landry Ramagos passed away peacefully at Our Lady of the Lake on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at the age of 85. She was a retired secretary with Lula-Westfield Sugar Mill for 50 years. Nedra spent her childhood on Armelise Plantation in Paincourtville, a graduate of Assumption High School and was a resident of White Castle, LA. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Nedra is survived by her sons, Cecil Ramagos, Jr. and wife Sally, and Clif Ramagos; grandchildren, Katie Ramagos Nunez and husband Paulin, Matthew Ramagos and wife Victoria, Andy Ramagos and wife Lena, and Benjamin Ramagos and wife Alice; honorary grandchildren, Zack Simmers and wife Sarah, and Aaron Simmers and wife Ashlyn; great grandchildren, Piper Sistrunk, Landon Ramagos, Amelia Labishak, Maddox, Reid, and AnnMarie Ramagos; sister, Esther Melancon; brother, Gregory Landry and wife Cynthia; sister-in-law, Brenda Landry; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Cecil Ramagos, Sr.; parents, Henry "Pook" and Mailey Sedotal Landry; sister, Emma Thibodeaux; and brother, Henry Landry, Jr. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to The Louisiana 4-H Foundation or the Iberville Parish 4-H Foundation.
