Nella Seefeldt

Oh my! Our Bella Nella was 107 years old when she passed away on March 5, 2025. The things she saw and did in her lifetime were short of miraculous.
Nella Pizzirulli was born on 7/29/17 in Chicago, Illinois and one of seven children born to Italian immigrants, Emil and Anna Pizzirulli. Her siblings were Fred Pizzirulli, Pasquale Pizzirulli, Gloria Dunbar, Elaena Forester, Maria Vasquez and Emil Pizzirulli.
Nella met the love of her life, Edward Seefeldt and they were married on her birthday, 7/29/47 and were married for 41 years before his passing in 1988. They built their home and life in Ceres, California along with their two sons, Pat and Chuck.
Pat and Chuck in turn, married the love of their lives, Lela and Georgette. and all together gave Ed and Nella 6 grandchildren, Kelly (Ben) Decker, Eddie (Kerry) Seefeldt, Ciara Piron, Landon (Taylor) Seefeldt, Mike (Crista) Seefeldt, Nick (Dana) Seefeldt and 12 great grandchildren, Jackson, Joseph and Christopher Decker, Wendy and Kelly Seefeldt, Quentin Piron, Cameron and Graham Seefeldt, Jackson Lee and Kennedy Seefeldt and Blake and Mia Seefeldt.
In addition to immediate family, Nella had many loving nieces, nephews and greats as well.
Nella had a deep love for God, her family, being Italian and her community. She was involved in St. Judes's Catholic Church, Sons of Italy and Memorial Hospital "pink ladies". She golfed, bowled, performed in community plays and traveled. Nella was an amazing cook, talented seamstress, gardener, lived healthy and loved her wine and home remedies.
Nella lived la vita bella (a beautiful life), always had a smile on her face and a generous, loving heart. She was an innocent flirt, loved having fun even when it was at the expense of her "lousy kids!" Our Nella let you know you were loved and she was loved in return.

There is a Funeral Mass scheduled at Our Lady of Fatima (505 W Granger Ave, Modesto, 95350) on Tuesday, March 18 at 10 am with a Graveside Service to follow at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery (1141 Scenic Dr, Modesto, 95350) where Nella will be laid to rest.
