Nikki Kay Young Saginaw, Michigan
Loving mother, daughter, sister and niece passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025. Age 32 years. Daughter of Jennifer (Gerow) Young and the late James H. Young II, Nikki was born June 28, 1993 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was kind, helpful, a happy and joyful mom which will be missed dearly by all that loved her.
Surviving are two beautiful children, Skyler Grace Young and Emma Rose Young; her mother, Jennifer M. Young, Saginaw; her sisters, Kelly M. Near, Saginaw; Jamie L. Young, Saginaw; her grandparents, Ralph and Barbara Gerow, Hubbard Lake; her aunt, Lori Young, Saginaw; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Near; her father, James H. Young I; her grandparents, Connie and James Young I; and her cousin, Matthew Young.
Honoring Nikki's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). Friends may visit at the Funeral Home where the family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Pastor Nate Murray to officiate.
