Nina Phillips Foucher, age 56, of Gordo AL went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ February 24, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Tilley, Bro. Clay Latham and Bro. Scott Montgomery officiating. A graveside service will follow in Shiloh Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be from 9:30 - 11:00 am at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Phillips and several aunts and uncles.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Foucher; son, Phillip Sudduth (Kendra); parents, Tony and Ceavlon Latham; sisters, Tina Wilburn (Pat) and Sandee Latham; brother, Brian Latham (Leslie); two grandchildren, Ellie and Emmaline Sudduth; special caregiver/niece, Chelsea Clanton (Chris); nephew, Tyler Wilburn (Emily); niece, Camryn Beard (Hunter) and a host of other family members.
Nina was born May 8, 1968 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was a homemaker and a member of Holman Free Will Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Allen Clanton, Guin Smith, Stephen Smith, Bren Windle, Matthew Tilley and Bart Tilley.
Honorary Pallbearers are doctors and nurses at UAB, Kirkland Clinic, Hematology and Oncology Specialty Unit and Bone Marrow Transplant and nurses and staff of Southern Care New Beacon Hospice.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, Mid-South Division, 1100 Ireland Way, Suite 300, Birmingham, AL 35205.
