Nirmalaben Kantilal Shah, born 15 June 1935, was raised in Baroda, Gujarat State, India. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and was a dedicated math and biology high school teacher. After her husband's death, she moved to the United States in 1996 and lived in the Chicago area with her brother, Dr. Mrugendra Gandhi, his wife Cynthia, and their children Meetal, Nina, and Sima. The eldest of nine siblings, she helped raise her younger brothers and sisters. She is survived by three sisters, two brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm on Saturday April 5th at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Pl, Libertyville.

I know there are no words that can ease your pain although I only got to know Mr. Mrugendra and my brother meetal from them I came to know about our aunty Mrs. Nirmala shah
I know that no words are enough to ease the feeling which your going through I know how much she meant to you I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers
