Obituary of Nita Ann Anderson
Nita Ann Anderson ( Price), 70, of Cascade, Idaho, passed away on March 15, 2024. She was born on July 20, 1953, in Weiser, Idaho to Warren J. and Donetta Price. Nita was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Nita attended Weiser High School and later furthered her education at Links Business College in Boise, Idaho. After graduating from College she worked at the Courthouse in Boise.
A devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Nita was married in the Salt Lake City Temple on August 9, 1974. She found great joy in quilting, crafts, tending to her flowers and garden, and always lending a helping hand and serving others.
Nita and Bruce loved raising their children on the farm in Weiser, and lived there for 43 years before moving to Cascade, Idaho and building the home of their dreams. Good friends in Weiser and Cascade made life very enjoyable. She was always kind and friendly, and busy doing something good. Her Family and her Faith were extremely important to her.
Nita is survived by her loving husband, Bruce Anderson, of Cascade, Idaho, and her children: Summer Sylvia (Bill), Stacy McClellan (Dustin), Caleb Anderson (Kristelle), Chelsey Holbrook (Devin), and Hailee Climer (Nick). She will be dearly missed by her 19 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at 10 am, followed by a service at 11 am on March 23, 2024, at the Weiser Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel, with interment at Hillcrest Cemetery in Weiser. Thomason Funeral Home in Weiser, Idaho, is assisting with the funeral arrangements.
