Nora Gutierrez

Nora Jean Gutierrez, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on October 18, 2024, at the age of 60. She was born on February 8, 1964, in Clovis, New Mexico, and spent her life surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
Nora was preceded in death by her father, Victor Cordova; her son, Vincent Cordova; and her brothers, Victor Jr. and Pete Cordova.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Gutierrez, three children: Savannah (Ryan) Cole, Patrick Jr. (Melinda) Gutierrez, and George Gutierrez and mother, Mable Cordova.
Nora was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and happiness. She is also survived by her two sisters, Roseann Hardegree and Vickie (Julian) Montoya, both of Clovis, NM, and her two brothers, Johnny Cordova and Steve Cordova, also of Clovis, NM.
Nora was known for her vibrant spirit and her ability to bring people together. She loved hosting events, filling her home with laughter, music, and good company. Her heart was as big as her love for life, and she cherished each moment spent with her family and friends. Nora had a special bond with her two dogs, Cali and Bud, who were her constant companions. An avid music lover, Nora enjoyed dancing and having fun, always encouraging those around her to join in on the celebration. Her infectious laughter and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Chapel of Angels, 1430 Thornton St., Clovis, NM.
Nora Jean Gutierrez will forever be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the joy she brought into the lives of others. May she rest in peace.
