Norma Crutcher

LACONIA ---- Norma R. Crutcher, 90, of Laconia, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 11, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on January 20, 1935, Norma was the daughter of Raymond and Helen Garceau. She grew up in a large family on a farm and spoke highly of her experiences and her siblings.
She resided a majority of her life in Laconia, New Hampshire with her long-term partner, Stewart Dickson who was happily awaiting her arrival in heaven. Together they looked forward to their annual trips to Prince Edward Island, a quaint Island off the coast of Canada, and enjoyed their weekly breakfasts at the local diners.
Norma was infamous for being the matriarch of the family with her over the top holiday celebrations and her memorable Halloween cupcakes that all of the neighbors looked forward to. She had a great love for life. She loved birds, particularly red Cardinals and found great joy in feeding the local wildlife. She loved playing cards and winning by all means necessary. She was always quick-witted and fun to be around. She was loved by so many and will be missed by everybody in every aspect.
She was a strong and independent role model for all those she left behind. Not a day will go by that we won't think of and miss her greatly.
She is survived by four children, Micha Jacques, Dana Jacques, Regina Guay and Karina Jacques, six grandchildren, Serene, Evan, Marshall, Benjamin, Jade and Stacey, eight great-grandchildren, brother Bucky Lund and five sisters, Janice Crawford, Jean McQuarrie, Joann Paul, Bonnie Lund and Kathy Lund.
The family extends their gratitude to neighbors, Linda and Ed, her great friend 'Ronnie', and the honorable staff of the Granite VNA Concord Hospice House for the great care they took of her in her final days.
A celebration of life will be held in the near future and will be announced on numerous social platforms.
