Norma "Caroline" A. Johnson, 81, of Telford, PA passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at her residence.
She was born in Abington, PA to the late Gerald Oscar Johnson and the late Alice C. (Schmitt) Johnson.
Caroline graduated from Souderton Area High School, class of 1960. She then graduated UCLA in California with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
Caroline was the co-owner of the former Lexco Engineering & Manufacturing Corporation in Souderton. She was then employed as a clinical psychologist for Merakey in Lansdale, PA for more than 20 years.
Caroline was a member of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and a member of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASCPA).
She loved animals and dining out. Caroline enjoyed reading, investing, real estate, and public speaking.
She was a frugal and compassionate woman who had a good sense of humor.
Caroline is survived by her sister, Janice J. Greeley of Sellersville, PA; her nephew, Douglas J. Hiester of West Lawn, PA; and her former brother-in-law, John Hiester, Jr. of Richlandtown, PA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Charles H. Greeley.
A graveside service only will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 11:00 am at Immanuel Leidy's Church Cemetery, 276 W. Cherry Lane, Souderton, PA 18964.
