Norris C. Kranich---Norris Kranich, age 88, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus

the family farm until joining the US Army where he was stationed in Germany. In September,
1961, he married his sweetheart, Marjorie Wood, from Mancelona, and they were married for

They made their home in Grand Rapids where they had two children, Dean and Nancy. After
retiring from Parker Hannifin Corporation in Lakeview, Norris built a home on what had been
part of the family farm where he grew up. At heart, Norris was always a farmer. He also enjoyed
playing games with his family, watching gospel music performances/videos, and traveling.

Gladwin Cornerstone Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Maurice, sisters Flora Helling, Alice Kelly, Clara
Maddox, Charlene VanWyk, niece Donna Fisher, and nephew Larry Maddox. His wife Marjorie
also preceded him in July, 2017. Surviving Norris are his son Dean (Stephanie) of Gladwin,
