She was born May 24, 1945, in Hazel Valley, Arkansas to Ewell Jackson Napier and Audie Melinda Evans Napier. She attended school in Lincoln Arkansas.
Anne spent most of her career in the medical field as a nurse's aid and medical secretary to physicians in Fayetteville and Springdale Arkansas. She loved to cook, go to garage sales, travel and spend time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Leroy Norrid, sisters Katherine Barker and Anna Marie Malone; brothers Toy Lee Napier and Orville Perry.
Survivors include her daughters, Tammy Burks and husband Billy of The Villages Florida, Paula Winsted of Bartlesville Oklahoma, Catrina Winsted of St. Charles Illinois; four grandchildren, Miranda Bonderer, Lauren Gill, Ryan Scheiblein, and Ella Scheiblein and three great grandchildren Sutton Gill, Cora Bonderer and baby boy Bonderer who is due in January 2026. She is also survived by one brother Arliss Perry of Fayetteville Arkansas and her beloved yorkie Sophie.
At Anne's request there will be no memorial service however she wanted all her friends and family to know how much she loved and appreciated them.

Anne was my mom´s best friend and such a dear friend of our family. Many years ago she gave me a locomotive pocket watch as a gift. I treasured it and still have it to this day. You will be missed auntie Anne, RIP and God speed. We will meet again one day.
