In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her sons, Victor and Arturo Adame, and brothers, Pepe, Arturo, and Jesus Manual. Ofelia is also survived by her sisters; and her grandchildren; Imelda Madrid (Ruben), Victor Madrid (Melissa), Saul Jr., Paulina Adame, Javier Adame (Diana) and Alejandra Adame. Her great grandchildren: Isabella Madrid, Natalia Sedillo, and Emma Madrid.
Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe, located at 3600 Paroquia St in Tortugas NM on October 24, 2025 at 2 pm with a viewing, rosary, then a Mass. Reception to follow at Tortugas Hall.
