OLGA MAE JOHNSON WILLIAMS

Olga Mae Johnson Williams entered into eternal rest at Sanctuary at Passages Hospice on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the age of 70. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Olga was owner and operator of Johnson and Johnson Salon, and she was a former employee with West Jefferson High School in the building maintenance dept. Beloved mother of LaMonica Williams and DeJoshua Williams. Daughter of the late Rev. John Henry and Daisy Johnson. Sister of Harry (Burdette) Johnson, Walter (the late Sylvia) Johnson, Sr., Faye (Ronald) Williams, Rev. Ricky (Terry Lynn) Johnson, Sr., GeJoan (Warren) Garrett, Pamela (Wihelm) Allen, Rev. George (Valerie) Green, Jr. and the late Oscar Johnson, Sr., John Henry Johnson, Jr., and Audry Burd. Godmother of Barbara George-Coleman, and the late Shanita Allen. Olga is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Isreal Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches; members of the Order of Eastern Star are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Isreal Baptist Church 1612 Esther St. Harvey, LA on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 10:00am.
