Owen always wore a smile and brought joy to all. He never faced a challenge that he couldn't overcome. Owen loved to play with his chickens and dogs Lola, Maggie, and Thunder. He always loved riding on anything with his paw-paws, now he is riding with his great Uncle Ty. We all wanted him to walk, but God decided he needed wings instead, we will miss you everyday! Fly High Owen "Buford T"!
Owen's parents are Alyssa Stubbs, and Tristin Howe. He is survived by Michael (Angela) Stubbs, Mindy (Blake) Bracken, Bill (Cheryl) Rehnert, Christine Carlson, and Larry Howe.
Owen leaves behind many great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Owen is preceded in death by his great great grandparents, great uncles, and aunts.
The Family is asking in lieu of flowers, Please donate to the Owen Howe Memorial Fund at Lori Kilpatrick Pediatric Therapy clinic at 6017 Washington Ave., Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Check or money order is preferred and please Make checks payable to Lori Kilpatrick and please make sure the "Owen Howe Memorial Fund" is written in the memo line.
The family would like to receive friends on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Latimer Assembly of God, 15401 Allie Byrd Rd Ocean Springs, MS 39565 from 9:00am-11:00am with service at 11:00am. Interment will follow services at Stubbs family Cemetery in Wiggins, MS.
