Pamela Sue Sexton Hooks, born September 10, 1954, in Columbus, OH and lived in Kingston, went home to be with her Lord and Savior April 4, 2025. She was a member of Cave Creek Missionary Baptist Church since 2006. Pam worked as a Dispatcher and Jailer for Morgan County and Roane County Sheriff's Department and as a Deputy Clerk for the Roane County General Session Court where she retired.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Gordon & Jane Warner Sexton.
Brother: Harold Sexton.
Father & mother-in-law: George L & Imogene Hooks.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years: Mike Hooks of Kingston.
Daughter: Catrina & Jeff Roberts also of Kingston.
Sons: Jayson Barnes of Wartburg, Christopher "Chris" Hooks & wife Cassandra of Kingston, Matthew "Matt" Hooks & wife Lisa of Sunbright and Michael Leon "Nod" Hooks of Wartburg.
Brother: Steve Sexton and wife Pam of Knoxville.
A special friend who Pam always called her Adopted Daughter, Summer Poland of Harriman.
Grandchildren: Aaron Barnes of North Carolina, Kylah Barnes and Kelci Fagan of Kingston, Kadynce Hooks, Michael Hooks, and Jordan "JoJo" Hooks also of Kingston, Isaiah Hooks, Elijah Hooks of Wartburg, Peyton Hooks of Texas, Matthew and Markus Bunch of Sunbright, Kaylee Goins and Dameon Thornhill of Lenoir City.
Great grandson: Greyson "Little Man" Phillips.
Along with a host of nieces, nephews and Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Gentiva Hospice for the quality care they provided Pam while she was in the hospital.

The family will receive friends Tuesday April 8, 2025, at Cave Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 390 Harvey Rd, Kingston, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Bro Jeremy Sexton and Bro. Rick Kirkland officiating. The family and friends will meet at Davis Funeral Home in Wartburg at 11:30 AM on Wednesday April 9, 2025. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM in Lane Cemetery with Bro. Charles Webb officiating.
