Pamela Jo Nichols passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Aultman Hospital. She was born in San Diego County, California to the late Eugene and Ruthann Sutherland.

Pam enjoyed traveling anywhere there was a Beach she could spend time on. Whether it be Nags Head, NC with Tim or to Florida with her sister. She also enjoyed spending time with her husband traveling just to see him while he worked away from home, whether that be in Nashville, TN or Thunder Bay, Canada. A lot of their time spent together was fishing or traveling down to West Virginia to visit Tim's family.

When at home she enjoyed helping tend to the garden, especially the tomato plants she raised in special pots on the front porch. Tim made sure to have some Pawpaw trees in the yard special for her because she adored eating them right off the tree. Pam was a hard worker and helped everyone she could with whatever they needed.

Pam is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Tim Nichols, sister, Sheila Stanley, brothers, Joe and Chester Sutherland, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In following with her final wishes, cremation will take place, with no service to follow. Services are being handled by Arnold Funeral Home.
