It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Pamela Suzanne(Evans) O'Connor, 69, of North Palm Beach, Florida. Pam (Pammie to many) died unexpectedly on October 5, 2025.
Pam was born on November 14, 1955 in Jersey City, New Jersey, to the late William Morgan Evans and Lila E. Horre. A few years later her family settled in Hazlet where she spent what she would call her idyllic childhood. Upon graduating from high school she furthered her education by attending Taylor Business Institute where she earned an Associate Degree. Shortly afterwards she followed her heart and the sun to south Florida where she spent the rest of her days.
In Florida she worked at The Anspach Effort in Palm Beach Gardens, Bingo Magic (oh, how she loved bingo and her friends there), and then in the cosmetology industry most recently at David & Company in Boynton Beach. The salon was her second home and she loved being there. Her coworkers were "family" to her and they will miss her greatly.
In her spare time Pam was cooking, reading the latest cookbook, or watching The Food Network. Her St. Patrick's Day feasts were famous. She loved nothing more than seeing others enjoy her culinary skills. She made sure you left any gathering FULL!
Pam touched the lives of all who were lucky enough to know her. Her sense of humor, her infectious smile, her twinkling eyes, her generosity, and her many kindnesses will long be remembered.
Surviving to honor her memory are her loving and beloved son, Christopher Thomas O'Connor II, his significant other, Gina Sicbaldi, and her cherished grandsons, Landon Joseph and Jensen Morgan O'Connor to whom she was Grammie Pammie. She also leaves behind her adoring sister,Teri Bumber, who was her first best friend, her brother- in- law, Bob, her beloved nephew Bill Bumber, his wife, Sara, and her great -nieces Kate, Emily, and Julia Bumber. Countless other family members, friends, colleagues, and clients will mourn her loss, none more than Karen Parrish who was her very best friend.
Pam would want us to always make someone's day brighter, just as she always did. That would be her final wish.
A Celebration Of Life will be held at at later date.
