We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Pasquale (Pat) Cocuzzo, who was born on December 27, 1946, and passed away on February 24, 2025. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and service.
Pasquale was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rita, whom he married in 1968. Together, they built a loving family, raising their daughters Deborah (and her spouse, Eric) and Danielle (and her spouse, James). Though their daughter Donna passed away in 1971, she remained forever in their hearts. Pasquale was also a proud pop-pop to four grandchildren, Jessica, Alyssa, Nico, and Kodi, whom he adored.
In addition to his deep love for his family, Pasquale served his country with honor as a Specialist 4 (SP4) in the United States Army. He served for two years, including a tour in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968, stationed in Nha Trang as part of the Signal Corps under USARPAC. His service was a testament to his courage, selflessness, and dedication to his fellow soldiers and his country.
Pasquale will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his courageous service to his country, and his kind and generous spirit. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In Memory of Pasquale donations in him memory may be made to either Patriot Guard Riders of NY @ https://pgrny.org/ or K9s for Warriors @ https://k9sforwarriors.org/
