Patricia Louise (Gray) Milligan, 68-year-old Vinita resident, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025, at her home. She was born on October 27, 1956, to Herbert Milton Gray, JR and Elizabeth Kay (Fetterly) Gray. Patricia graduated from Gladston High School in California in 1974. On July 22, 2006, she married the love of her life Thimothy James Milligan.
This woman was everything, strong and honest with just a bit of sass, right down to her blue hair. She was a horse enthusiast serving in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department as a mounted assistance officer in the early 1990's. A matriarch she was the one person you could always count on. Patricia loved life and her family, whether it was yard sales with the great grand kids, house remodeling, crafting, or a day on the lake with the love of her life. Every day was an adventure.
Patricia leaves behind her loving husband Timothy, daughters, Amanda and Elizabeth Clark, bonus children, Cameron and Christopher Milligan, grandchildren, Tori, Lexi, Tabi, Sage, Kai, Corinne, Morgan, great grandchildren, Pete, Maddie TJ, Cam and baby boy Curtis, lifelong friend Kathy and so many others whose lives she touched.
There will be a family gathering at a later date.
Online condolences may be left on our website www.highsmithfh.com or on our funeral home Facebook page.
Arrangements are under the care of Burckhalter-Highsmith Funeral & Cremation Services.
