She was born January 19, 1937 in Bellaire, daughter of the late Ernest Clifton Archer and Nancy Lenora (Shaw) Archer.
Pat had worked at Hamilton Beach for ten years and Box USA for four years. She had also worked at McDonalds for several years.
She was a member of the Eagles and the Moose.
Pat enjoyed going to bingo, playing scratch-off lottery tickets, and going to Wheeling. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Oliver, who passed away September 13, 2001. They were married June 1, 1958. Also deceased are two sons, Joey Oliver and Freddie Oliver; a daughter, Patricia Annette Oliver; a brother, Joseph Archer; two sisters, Betty Lou Reynolds and Mary Jo DeVault; and a son-in-law, Randy Porter.
Pat is survived by a son, George Oliver of Cambridge; a daughter, Lisa Porter of Cambridge; a daughter-in-law, Amy Oliver of Senecaville; her grandchildren, Joel Oliver of Cambridge, Derrick (Alyssa) Oliver of Cambridge, Ryan Oliver of Byesville, Terra (Ben) Fowler of Cambridge, Blake (Jess) Porter of Cambridge, Rusty (Clorissa) Porter of Cambridge, Chevie Oliver of Senecaville, Alisha (Troy) Blair of Cambridge, Brandon Porter (Lexy Mossholder) of Cambridge, Shay Oliver of Byesville, Alex Oliver of Zanesville, and Gabby Oliver of Zanesville; twenty-three great-grandchildren; several cousins, nieces, and nephews; and her dear friend, Becky Warner.
Visitation will be held Thursday (July 17, 2025) from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville, where funeral services will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Evan. Mark Beros officiating.
Burial will be at Buffalo Cemetery.
