It is with great sorrow that the family of Paul Lawrence Erway announces his passing from earthly life on Friday, May 23, 2025 at U. of L. Health – Jewish Hospital in Louisville following an illness. Together, they enjoyed visiting rehab hospital patients and nursing home residents with their three therapy dogs – Ebony, Spot and Shortie – who never failed to bring out smiles and feelings of joy to everyone's day. His disability was never his defeat. He continued his path of loving, caring and giving throughout his lifetime. He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church.
