Kinston - Paul Frederick Lincke, III, 65, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilmington.
A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, February 15, at 11am at Westview Cemetery.
Paul was born to Paul and Cleon Lincke on January 20, 1959, in Kinston, North Carolina. He graduated from Kinston High School in 1977 and went on to East Carolina University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. While at ECU, he joined the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity where he made life-long friendships. After graduating college in 1981, he went on to work for Kraft foods and Pure Fishing, handling marketing and sales.
Paul held many titles in his life, but his favorite role was being a father. He loved nothing more than spending time with his only daughter, Meaghan. He was always there for her, whether he was cheering her on at all her dance competitions or making sure she got to travel the world by going on father-daughter vacations.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Fredrick Lincke, Jr. and Cleon Avery Lincke.
Paul is survived by his daughter, Meaghan Elizabeth O'Neal (Brandon); and granddaughter, Lena Shae O'Neal, all of Chapin, South Carolina.
