PAUL MUNDY, JR.

Paul Mundy, Jr. entered eternal rest on Friday, June 13, 2025, at the age of 67. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Paul attended West Jefferson High School, and he was a retired truck driver with Frank Christiana. Loving father of Destiney (Clarence) Henry, Paul Mundy, IV, Michael (Jashon) Page, Kory A. Mundy, Sr., Paul (Hartisha) Mundy, III, and Damon (Margarita) Mundy. Grandfather of the late Aariah Henry. Son of Cecilia K. Mundy and the late Paul Mundy, Sr. Brother of Therese M. Mundy, Demetrice A. Salsberry, Wanda C. Mundy, and Virginia A. Mundy-Liggins. Brother in law of the late Sylvester Mitchell and Betty Mitchell. Former husband and lifelong friend of Sherrlyn Mundy. Paul is preceded in death by his beloved partner Sharon Walker, also survived by 23 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Services, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10:00am. Rev. Kurt Mitchell of Second Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
