Paul Howard Thorsted

Mr. Paul H. Thorsted 83 departed this earth on September 26, 2021 in Ogden, Utah from natural causes. He was born January 19, 1938 in Ogden, Utah.
Mr. Thorsted was preceded in death by his parents Mr. & Mrs. Glen and Edith Thorsted and brother Mark Lewis Thorsted. He is survived by his son Hank (Marilyn) Thorsted.
Mr. Thorsted served 30 years with the served in the U.S. Navy retiring in 1975 as a Chief Petty Officer in the electronic field. He served on various ships of the U.S. Navy including the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Enterprise (CVN-65) from which he retired. He had been stationed in Hawaii, Iceland and Japan. He served as an Electronics Technician Instructor at the U.S. Navy electronics school at Treasure Island, San Francisco, CA. After retiring from the U.S. Navy, he worked for Beehive International as the supervisor for the northern California repair depot. When he left Beehive, he worked for various other electronics companies and finally worked for Unisys Corporation in Salt Lake City from which he retired ending his working career.
