Paula C. Jesse

Paula C. Jesse, age 74, passed away peacefully at her home in Plymouth on Sunday, August 17, 2025.

Born on August 23, 1950, in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late George and Marion Jesse, Sr. Paula was a proud graduate of Plymouth-Carver High School, Class of 1968.

She worked for many years as a physician billing manager at Jordan Hospital, Cape Cod Hospital, and South Shore Hospital.

Paula loved spending time with her family and dear friends. She enjoyed dining out, dancing at nightclubs, shopping trips, and relaxing on tropical vacations. She had a passion for cooking and baking, and especially loved watching her favorite Hallmark movies. Time spent sunbathing at the beach brought her joy, but nothing compared to the happiness she found in being with her family. Paula was especially devoted to her beloved granddaughter, Izzy, and her cherished dog, Beau.

She will be deeply missed by her son, Benjamin Jesse, and his wife Michelle, of Plymouth; her granddaughter Isabella; her brothers George Jesse Jr. and his wife Donna, and Jonathan Jesse and his wife Barbara, all of Plymouth; her sister Virginia Machado and her husband John, also of Plymouth; and many loving nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Cartmell-Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court Street, Plymouth, MA (next to Cordage Park). Visitation with the Jesse family will take place prior to the service, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
