Pauline Reed Obituary
A native of Henderson County and resident of Buncombe County for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Ina Duga Baily Conner and wife of Morris Weldon Reed who died October 6th, 2002.
Mrs. Reed was a former Nurse at the Valley Clinic and then served for 35 years with Dr. William Burch in Bat Cave & Lake Lure. She was a member of Cedar Mountain Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are her children, Doris Smith and husband, Steve of Mooresville and Ben Reed and wife, Diane of Fairview; 3 grandchildren, Christen Greer (Matthew), Kelli Foley (David) and Benjamin Reed (Rebecca), 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, April 24, 2023, at Cedar Mountain Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Page officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM Monday at the church.
Burial will be in Gashes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
