Our precious grandson Payton Steven James Bray was born on October 26, 1997, in Spokane Washington. He was the oldest of four grandchildren. He died unexpectantly at home on May16,2025. Payton was 27 years old. He was proceeded in death by his mother Alisa Bray. Payton attended Moran Prairie Elementary, Ferris High School and Spokane Community College. He received an Associate Of Applied Science, Electrical Maintenance, and Automation Degree. His passions were his two cats, the great outdoors and cruising in the San Juans. He enjoyed spending time with Jacob, Noah, Dallin and Sean playing video games, trying different establishments for dinner, camping, and playing the game magic. He loved to collect Star Wars memorabilia, Greek God statues, and any and everything Viking. His favorite place on earth was Hawaii. Payton was a gentle soul, kind and caring he would do anything asked of him. He was smart, sweet, and understanding. Payton respected all people. Payton is survived by his grandmother, Terry Bray, grandfather, Steve Bray, two aunts, Heather Weed and Stacie Patrick, two uncles, Tom Weed and Scott Patrick. As well as his cousins, Steven Patrick, Jacob Weed, and Sara Patrick. Payton, you are and always will be loved unconditionally. Rest in love. Rest in peace, our sweet boy.
