Peggy Liptow Obituary
Peggy Jane Liptow, 80, of Anderson, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025 , at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief illness.
She was born on October 18, 1942, in Anderson, Indiana to Willard J. Fattic and Wanda B. (Bryant) Shaw. She was a graduate of Daleville High School and attended Ball State University.
She retired in 1993 from General Motors. She was club president at the Lapel American Legion Post #212. She was a member of the Lapel Eagles Aerie #4323. She enjoyed crafting and camping.
Peggy is survived by a granddaughter, Kaylee Arline of Anderson; a great-grandson, Kason Taylor of Anderson; and a brother, Richard (wife, Patricia) Shaw of Markleville.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Louise Arline on July 2, 2023; her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lapel Chapel, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel, Indiana 46051 with Pastor Aaron Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Lapel.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
