Peter J. Bisnette, 58, of Worcester, formerly of Shrewsbury, died unexpectedly at home on Monday, February 10, 2025.
He leaves his son, Frank, with whom he lived and loved. He leaves his beloved parents, Philip and Diane Bisnette of Shrewsbury, with whom he dined every night. He is also survived by his only sister, Lisa of Worcester, his only brother, David and sister-in-law Kristen, of Shrewsbury. Nieces Katelyn and Daphne Bisnette and Madison Fair.
He was raised in Shrewsbury and graduated from St. John's High School in 1984.
For many years, Pete worked with his dad, brother, and son in the family construction business, P.F. Bisnette & Sons. His work ethic was impeccable; no job was too hard or challenging, there was nothing he couldn't do, and he took so much pride in every job.
Peter enjoyed concerts, traveling, fishing, riding his motorcycles and snowmobiles, ice skating, Bruins games, and his German Shepherds, Zeus and Chief. But what Pete loved most was spending time with family and, especially, his best friend and son, Frank.
He cherished his extended family including many aunts, uncles, cousins, and longtime friends whom he considered family. Time spent with those he loved is what drove him and made him happy every day.
Pete will be sadly missed by all who ever met him. He was the most caring individual with a dry sense of humor that made everyone laugh. He was extremely humble, unique, and was looked up to as an idol by many.
He had many nicknames: Petie pie, Squiv, Pedro, Dad, and Uncle Peep. Pete was very talented and enjoyed crafting custom cards for those he loved – please cherish the cards he may have sent you with his awesome artistry.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to WARL (Worcester Animal Rescue League) (www.worcesterarl.org/donate) or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org/donate).
"Life is short, if you love someone, tell them."-- Pete
