April 7th, 2025 at the age of 65Peter Allen Diette, passed away on April 7th, 2025, in Attleboro, MA. Born on June 3rd, 1959 in Norwood, MA, lived an impactful life. Peter's early years were spent in Plainville, MA before moving to North Attleboro, ultimately settling in Attleboro, MA in 1991.
He was a man of many talents and interests, finding joy in fishing, football, baseball, and carpentry, each a testament to his adventurous spirit. Yard sailing was a particular favorite, showcasing his love for discovery. Peter obtained a CDL and had a successful career as a driver that saw him work with esteemed organizations such as Birds Roofing Materials where he served as a union steward, Toyota Logistics, HQ - Home Quarters, and the Attleboro Paving Company.
Peter is survived by his two sons: Michael Diette and his wife Susan Mastendrea of, Attleboro and Gregory Diette and his wife April of, Wahiawa, HI; Sister: Sally Pardoe of, Attleboro, Aunts: Starr Velino of Attleboro and Lois Thrasher of Fairfield, ME; nieces, Rebecca Rivard of, South Attleboro, Mary Duphily of Attleboro and Annamay Samayoa also of Attleboro; Grandchildren: Michael, Sonny, Kade, Autumn, Christian, Olivia, Sophia and Luke. Peter was preceded in death by his parents: Francis and Hope Diette, as well as his siblings: Hope Rivard, Beckey Lemuxi, Steven Diette, Johnathan Diette, and Francis Diette.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro, MA.
