Peter Hamus Obituary
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 12, 2024 at Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home, Pittsville with visitation from 10:00 am until service time. Deacon Ray Draeger will officiate.
Peter was born on March 6, 1968 to Raymond and June (Hancock) Hamus.
He was a self-proclaimed mechanic – working on cars, tractors, and RC cars. He also enjoyed fixing everything, gaming, and riding motorcyles.
He is survived by his daughters, Ashley Welch, Samantha (Jason) Dexter, and Ariel Hamus, and grandchildren, Serenity Firkus, Sunshine Hamus, Krymson Crum, Leonard Brown, Legend Hamus, Draevionna Dexter, Jason Dexter Jr., Navi'Ella Dexter, Braxton Welch, and Kinsley Welch. He is further survived by his mother, June Hamus, and siblings, Lenny, Richard, Diane, and Kenny Hamus.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Hamus and brother "Sunny" Hamus.
