Peter Farrell Harrison

On the morning of March 27th, 2025, Peter F Harrison, beloved husband and father, passed away in his home surrounded by his family after being diagnosed with leukemia. Peter worked as a geologist for Mineral Management Services for over 30 years. He attended Chalmette High School and later received a Masters degree in geology from Northeastern Louisiana University where he met the love of his life; together, they have two sons.
Peter is survived by his wife, two sons, and his brothers and sisters. Visitation followed by a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 2nd from 11:00am - 1:00pm at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home located at 3827 Canal Street in New Orleans, LA.
