77, of St. Petersburg passed away on October 28, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Genie (June 8th, 2017). He is survived by his wife Deborah Hill Santmyer; step children Nick LaRosa, Emily LaRosa Wild and Bob LaRosa; six step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, November 7th 6:30PM at the funeral home.

Phil and I sort of grew up together in High School in Plainview Texas. We played tennis for PHS and doubles at several tournaments. We also lifted weights together and a lot of other activities. Phil was just a very sweet and solid person. I am the better for and thankful to have been his friend.

Wow Never knew He was a great friend and plant lover. We parted ways as i aged sorry to see him move out to another life beyond the place he loved.
