Phillip Scott Parsons

MUNCIE- Phillip "Phill" Scott Parsons, 36, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 22, 2021.
Phill was born February 13, 1985 in Sparta, IL and is the son of Charles Scott Parsons and the late Kim Renee (Green) Parsons.
Phill was a loving son, husband, father, brother and uncle. He loved being with his family and friends and serving in the youth ministry at Glad Tidings Church. Phill was a 2003 graduate of Muncie Central High School and attended Ivy Tech College. He served as a house parent in various children homes, most recently The Boy's Ranch in the Texas Panhandle. Phill was employed with USIC as a public utilities' locator. He loved reading, movies and playing video games. Phill loved serving in the youth ministry in church and had a true servant's heart.
Phill is survived by his loving wife Erin Kristina (Juday) Parsons; his three children Makenna, Malachi, and Olivia Parsons; his father Charles Scott Parsons (Theresa); four brothers Wesley Parsons (Hope), Michael Parsons (Arlene), Daniel Parsons (Emily) and Paul Parsons; three sisters Delilah, Katelyn and Andrea Parsons; his father-in-law Phillip Juday; mother-in-law Rebecca Juday; three sister-in-law's Elysia Daler (Allen), Emily Godwin (Joe) and Elizabeth Juday; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
Phill was preceded in death by his mother Kim Renee (Green) Parsons; his maternal grandparents Robert and Nina Green and his paternal grandparents Charles and Helen Parsons; his sister-in-law Stacy Parsons.
Funeral Services for Phill will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Glad Tidings Church, 3001 South Burlington Drive, Muncie, with Rev. Marcus Jackman officiating.

Family and friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Glad Tidings Church.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Glad Tidings Student Ministries, with envelopes provided at the church.
