She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Speed Jones and was preceded in death within less than an hour by her husband of 47 years, Harry Thomas Phillips.
Survivors include her son, Michael Phillips and his fiance, Ashley Dawson; daughter, Elizabeth (Steve) Male; grandchildren, Deborah (Isaac) Clubb, Benjamin, Abigail, and Sarah Male, Noah Dodd, Lexi Phillips, and Ailyn Phillips; great grandchild, Anna Clubb; her mother, June (Curry) Jones; a brother, Sid (Christine) Jones; three sisters, Annetta Jones, Kathleen (Jim) Sommerville, Shirley (Doug) Luard, and Gwen (Steve) Armstrong; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A Combined Funeral Service, with her husband, will be held Thursday March 27, 2025 at 12pm at Reed Funeral Home CANTON Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710). There will be one hour of calling hours prior to the service from 11am to 12pm. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery.
