Milton "Mick" C. "Mick" McCommons

Milton C. "Mick" McCommons, age 93, of Canton, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025. He was born December 6, 1931 in Little Washington, PA, the son of the late Cora (McConnel) McCommons. Mick had been employed with Foltz Machine as a Machinist for 35 years before retiring in 1999. He was a Veteran of the US Army and served during Korea. Mick enjoyed the outdoors - doing yard work, riding his motorcycle, and walking his dog. He most enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

On July 3, 1954 Mick married Wava "June" (Graham) McCommons who preceded him in death in 2011. Survivors include his Children, Katherine (John) Truxall, and Sherri (Scott) Ramey; son in-law, Dave Gaddis; his grandchildren, Wendy (Aaron) Maurer, Anthony Truxall, Trisha (Jake) Roberts, and Allison Shafer; his great grandchildren, Taylor Maurer, Ashlyn Maurer, Angel Berry, Zackery Truxall, Samantha Truxall, Monica Roberts, Abigail Roberts, Elijah Roberts, Isiah Roberts, Oziel Roberts, Elijah Shafer and Harper Shafer; his brother, Clark McCommons; along with many nieces and nephews, including special nieces, Nancy Scalf and Georgia Oswald.

In addition to his parents and wife, June, Mick was preceded in death by his daughter, Diana Lynn Gaddis; two sisters and four brothers.
