Polycarp "Joe" Patrick Olivier, 75, of Kissimmee, FL. Originally from Biche and raised in Sangre Grande, Trinidad and Tobago, passed away on June 18, 2025.
Born to the late Victoria and Oswald Olivier, Joe was the beloved husband of Alystra Olivier and devoted father of Dexter, Derek, Jasmine, Dionne, Deidre, and Cherise. He was a proud grandfather to Alyssa, Sakura, Kayla, Jordan, Joshua, Myleigh, Isabella, DJ, Jacob, Lucas, and Amara.
He Is survived by his siblings: Lucretia, Luke, Mark, Francis, Hasten, Gerard, Gemma, and Lenora; and preceded in death by Daniel, Theresa, Annette, and Andrew. Joe was also a beloved uncle to 35 nieces and nephews.
He worked for the State of New York as a teacher, an investigator and later as an underwriter. Known for his integrity, compassion, and strong sense of justice, Joe was deeply committed to helping others and changing lives for the better.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, 511 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741. The service will also be livestreamed on the funeral home's website.
