Quinnell D. Williams, 37, a lifelong resident of Springfield, died Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Born and educated in Springfield, he was the son of Jean E. Frazier of Springfield, and Devon D. Williams and his wife, Yolimariris of Springfield.
Quinnell was an entrepreneur who was always devising new ideas for starting new business ventures. He loved to dream, and because of his shortened time on earth, some of these dreams never came to fruition. His greatest joy was spending time with his son and his grandsons. Growing up his was active in the childrens choir and was a member of Boy Scout Troop #35.
Besides his parents, Quinnell leaves a son, Damaje Williams of Springfield and his children, Noah and Damaje; as well as 6 siblings, Marquise Williams and his partner Ebony of Chicopee, Grayson Williams of Springfield, Tanisha Huntley-Thompson of Springfield, Felisha Huntley-Thompson and her husband William of Ludlow, Eric Bullard and Marcia Sands both of Springfield; his biological mother, Angela Jackson of Springfield; his godmothers, Aimee Griffin Joyner, and Robin Pulliam; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews among whom are Jared and Anthony Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
His funeral will be held on Friday, February 21st with calling hours from 9:30 11:30 AM and a funeral home service beginning at 11:30 AM all at the Byron Keenan Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center, 1858 Allen Street, with burial to follow all in Springfield.
