Rachael is survived by her husband Dr. Christopher Dorsey; her parents Dr. Wayman and Louise Mullins; her sister Dr. Ruth Perry and husband Dr. Houston Perry; nephew Rhett Houston Perry; grandfather William W. Mullins of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Thomason Funeral Home in San Marcos on June 7 at 10:00 am. Dress is informal and guests are encouraged to wear their favorite penguin, flower or dog shirts. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Donate Life (https://www.donatelife.net). To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Rachael, please visit our Tree Store.
