Obituary of Rachel Nichole Baldwin Stivers
On September 16, 2023, Rachel Nichole Baldwin Stivers, went to her eternal home with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Rachel was born on November 8, 1982, in Kingsport, TN to Anthony Steven Baldwin and Donna Gayle Perciful Baldwin.
Rachel loved, and was loved very much. She cherished her family, especially her four nephews and niece: Tanner, Aiden, Micah, Evan, and Matti. Spending time with each of them was joy to her heart. She was very close to her Granny, Patsy Bledsoe, and Grandpa, Wade Bledsoe. She was given an endearing name by her Papaw, Bruce Baldwin; he loved to call her "Buttons". Her Mamaw, Dollie Jean Baldwin, loved to tell stories about Rachel's childhood, and Rachel always loved to hear them over and over.
Rachel was so happy to become a big sister. She was a great helper and she loved caring for her baby sister, Rebecca Lorraine. Caring for others and cooking were her passions. She liked to take family recipes and tweak them to her own liking, usually creating something better.
Everyone who knows and loves Rachel will miss her always. We love you very much Rachel and hope you are having an amazing time being an aunt to our two little ones in heaven.
Rachel was preceded in death by her uncle, David Baldwin; her aunt, Elizabeth Baldwin Burns; her great grandparents, Roy and Annie Kindle; her Grandpa, Wade Bledsoe; and her Papaw, Bruce Baldwin. Rachel is survived by her parents, Steven and Donna Baldwin; her sister, Becca Oliver and husband Matt; four nephews, Tanner, Aiden, Micah, and Evan; one niece, Matti; her Granny, Patsy Bledsoe; her Mamaw, Dollie Baldwin; aunt, Kathy Rhoton and husband Robert; four uncles, Randy Perciful and wife Sheila, Philip Bledsoe and wife Rose, Donnie Baldwin and wife Lillian, and Ronnie Burns; several cousins; and very special friends, Robert Fox and Tabatha Mawk.
