Rachel Purinton Murphy

Rachel Purinton Murphy, age 99, of Lilburn, GA passed away on September 25, 2023.She graduated Stephens High School was a graduate of Colby Junior College in New Hampshire and a dedicated homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Brian Douglas Murphy and his wife, Margariet, of South Yarmouth, MA and Nancy Dearborn Murphy of Lilburn, GA; her two grandchildren, Kelly Rachael Murphy of Bethel, CT and Shannon Patricia Breaux of Wallingford, CT; and her six great-grandchildren, Emma Daisy Dittrich, Abigail Marie Caruso, Isabella Sophia Caruso, Vincent Thomas Caruso, Anthony Joseph Breaux and Andrew John Breaux.
She will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Douglas Richard Murphy, and her daughter, Sherry Kathleen Murphy, at Maple Cemetery in Lincoln, VT.
Special thanks to Eva & Erma's House in Snellville where Rachel received several years of the utmost care from her caretakers. Also special thanks to Family First Hospice Care.
