Ramona Guarino

Ramona M. Guarino, age 76, of Wattsburg, passed away Sunday, October 26 2025. She was born in Dearborn, MI, on June 4, 1949, daughter of the late Raymond and Mildred Gutowski.
Ramona was a 1967 graduate of Strong Vincent High School and attended Gannon University. She was the owner and operator with her husband, Jim, of Guarino Enterprises, Inc. for 48 years. Ramona was gifted in crocheting, enjoyed bird watching and shopping, especially for shoes. Her biggest joy was time spent with her great-grandson, Frankie.
She is survived by two children, Aaron Guarino and Daniella Guarino-Smithey (Jimmy); five grandchildren, Brittney Guarino, Ethan Guarino (Taylor) and Tyler, Calvin and Corbin Smithey; one great-grandson, Francesco James Guarino; two brothers, Stanley Gutowski (Roberta) and David Hallowell (Debi); two sisters, Linda Walsh (Mike) and Laurie Morris; and many nieces and nephews. Ramona was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Guarino; one brother, Ronald Gutowski, and one sister, Karen Gutowski.
Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd, on Wednesday, October 29th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm and are invited to attend a Funeral Service there on Thursday, October 30th, at 10:30 am conducted by Rev. James McCormick. Interment will follow at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
