Randall Clark Miner passed on July 2nd, 2025, he was born in Louisville, KY on October 13, 1952, to Alton and Gertha Miner.
Randy was a proud man who treasured time spent with family and friends. He proudly served in the Army - 1st Infantry - during the early 1970's and retired from the BNSF Railroad. He donated generously to several Veteran Nonprofit Organizations.
He was a serious collector of many things, enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, poker, road trips and spending quality time with family and friends.
Preceded in death by his father - Alton G. Miner, mother - Gertha M. Simmons Clark, brother - Garland R. Miner and son - John R. Miner.
He is survived by his Wife, Gloria Miner, Daughter, Stephanie Harper, Stepson, Danny Jones, Stepdaughter, Sheree Jones, 9-Grandchildren and 7-Great-grandchildren.
Randy will be dearly missed by all who knew him but never forgotten. Cherish the good memories you have of him.
A celebration of life will be held on October 4th, 2025, from 12:30PM – 2:30PM at VFW- 144 Vivian St. Belton, MO 64012
