Mr. Randy W Bernat

RANDY W. BERNAT
Randy W. Bernat, a resident of Tewksbury, passed away on January 11, 2024, following a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis, showing immense strength and resilience until the very end.
Randy was born in Lowell on April 1, 1971, a son of Brenda Maguire Bernat and the late Leonard Bernat. He was predeceased by his father, but his memory lives on in the hearts of those who loved him.
Randy will forever be cherished by his life-long partner, Sandra Lamoureux, who held his hand through the ups and downs of life. Together, they created a bond that was unbreakable, a love that knew no bounds.
Randy had a spirit of kindness that touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He had a giving soul, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone. His presence brought comfort and joy to those around him, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love.
Randy had a wide range of interests, from being on stage in theatre groups to enjoying a friendly game of poker. One of Randy's greatest passions was riding motorcycles with his boys, and he loved motorcycle weekend in Laconia. Popular every summer was his annual pig roast which was a big hit with family and friends.
Randy had a special sense of style, and it was rare to see him without his black leather vest. He had a unique fashion sense that perfectly captured his personality. But beyond his appearance, it was his loving nature that endeared him to so many.
In this moment of grief, let us remember Randy Bernat as a beacon of light and love. His spirit will forever guide us, reminding us to be kind, to cherish our loved ones, and to live life to the fullest.
In addition to his mother, Brenda R. Maguire Bernat, and his life partner Sandy Lamoureux, Randy is survived by his sister Wendy Bernat Keller; his brother, Tom Bernat; his aunts and uncle, his Godmother Linda Maguire Keefe, Sharon Maguire, Robbi Maguire Deschaine, and Richie Maguire; many nieces and nephews, and cousins that loved him dearly. He also leaves his dear friend Wayne from Georgia, and many friends locally.
Randy was the grandson of the late Anita Maguire and Robert Maguire, and Grace Bernat and Adam Bernat.
Family and friends may call at THE FAY McCABE FUNERAL HOME, 105 MOORE STREET IN LOWELL on WEDNESDAY, from 4 until 8 PM. A FUNERAL SERVICE will take place during the Visiting Hours.
