Randy L. Driver

Randy Lynn Driver, 63 of Austin, Indiana, and a former Tipton resident, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025 in Louisville, Kentucky. Randy was born on June 5, 1962 in Tipton to Jimmie & Bertie Alma (Stinson) Driver. Randy had also lived in Muncie for several years.

Randy was a Christian. He was a graduate of Tipton High School in the Class of 1982. Randy’s first job as a young man was bagging groceries. He worked for several years as a semi-driver at Delphi in Kokomo, later starting a fencing company in Muncie, Affordable Fencing. He loved bowling, country music and driving around in his truck.

Survivors include his children, Alisha Burton, Andre (Krystal) Burton, Amanda Burton, all of Muncie and Stacia (William Hawkiins) Dymond of Kokomo; his siblings, Barbara Shirley of Tipton, Patricia England of Austin, Indiana, Ronnie Lewis Driver (Vicky) of Pinellas Park, Florida, Rebecca Murray of Tipton, Richard Allen Driver (Tammy) of Elwood, Michael Driver (Liz) of Muncie and Terry Driver of Pinellas Park, Florida.

Randy also has 10 grandchildren, Kayden, Brennan, Austin, Kayela, Anniemae, Dreyden, Kylah, Jackson, Grayson and George.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Tim Driver who died just over a year ago on November 22, 2024 and Ralph Driver who died earlier this year.

A funeral service for Randy will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 – 12:00, prior to the service.
