Randy Griffey Obituary
Randy Alan Griffey, age 62, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Randy was born on August 10, 1962 to his parents the late William Griffey and Jeanette Dotson Griffey. He was a retired coal miner and a member of the Justiceville Bible Baptist Church.
Along with his parents, Randy was preceded in death by one sister, Diane Griffey.
Randy is survived by one son, Randy (Cindy) Griffey Jr., one daughter, Candi Diane Griffey, three brothers, Terry Griffey, Joey Griffey, Danny Griffey, two granddaughters, Elizabeth Griffey, Charlie Schlomer, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday and Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Sunday March 2, 2025 at 1P.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Richard Meek officiating Burial will follow in the Griffey Family Cemetery.
