Mr. Fowler passed away on September 28, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edsel and Lois Fowler; sister, Linda Fowler Allen.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Donna Fowler; children, Thad Fowler (Marlaina) and Carrie Gann (Jacob); grandchildren, Tyler Fowler, Brayden Fowler, Bryson Gann, and Maris Gann.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Gann, Tyler Fowler, Brayden Fowler, Brandon Hill, Thad Fowler, and Dennis Langley.
Ray was a native of Clay County and a lifelong resident of Alexandria. He was self employed as the owner of Fowler Tire Service for 30 years. He most recently worked at Langley Performance. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will always be loved and will forever be missed.
