Raymond Carl Allison November 19, 1945 - August 13, 2025 Resident of Albee Township Raymond Carl Allison, the child of Cecil William "Slim" Allison and Anelia "Angeline" (Antoniewski) Allison was born on November 19, 1945, in Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on August 13, 2025. He was a kind and compassionate husband to Emily (Schmidt) Allison for 55 years; Father to Amy Allison-Houghton (Craig), Raymond Carl Allison JR. (Meredith), and Megan Allison; Grandpa to Andrew Houghton, Jacob Allison, and Isaac Houghton; Brother to Robert (Jan) Allison, Thomas Allison, Lawrence "Larry" (Eileen) Allison, and Michael (Laurie) Allison. He was a committed and supportive great uncle to many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Raymond graduated from Arthur Hill Tech in 1965. After gradation he was called to duty by his country and served in the United States Army and was stationed in Vietnam. After returning from serving overseas, he worked for General Motors, Saginaw Steering Gear/Delphi for 40 years. When he was not working, he enjoyed spending time with his family and his good friend William "Bill' Oehring. He enjoyed visiting Rico's Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Saginaw for the food and to joke with the staff. He was a huge fan of Elvis Presley and enjoyed listening to the King's recordings. He was predeceased in death by his Parents, Brother Joseph Allison, Sister Barbara Allison; Sisters-in-Law Connie Allison, and Maureen Allison, Nephew Dean Allison, Niece Lisa Allison, and Great-Nephew Austin Stark. Per his wishes, he will be laid to rest at Pinegrove Cemetery in Freeland, Michigan with a private family burial on August 23, 2025. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Toni & Trish House 4699 11 Mile Road Auburn, MI 48611
