On November 15th, while sleeping, Ray’s spirit was released. In his 75 years he walked his faith with God.
His father, Bill, a WWII vet; with 4 Bronze Stars passed in 2008.His mother, Zola, dedicated her all to give Ray a level playing field. She passed on October 19, 2008.
Ray was blessed with 3 sisters; Sharon, Lynn and Sarah. Two brothers; David and Billy, This August Bill passed away. Ray attended Tri-County High School in Plainfield. He retired from Waushara Industries, where he met Devra Bronner, his forever partner and her daughter Dawn, and many years later two grandchildren. Ray mowed grass in the summer and pushed snow and ice in the winter. He would rather be outside; unless there was a Packers game on T.V.
Ray leaves behind, nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins, and one aunt, Sharon Phillips. He had a special place in his heart for brothers-in-law, Robert, Mark and Dan; sister-in-law, Joann Phillips.
Memorial services will be held at Crossroads Family Church, Wautoma on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will be held at the church following the services.
