Family will receive friends on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at White's Funeral and Cremation Services, 867 S. James Road, Columbus, OH 43227.

Reuben Dexter Clark was born on July 28, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio, to Ruth Wallace and John Clark. He graduated from East High School and attended Central State University. Reuben served in the United States Air Force and received an Honorable Discharge. Known as Dexter to many, he was a devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeye football teams.

Reuben Dexter Clark sadly passed away Saturday, July 26th, 2025. He is survived by his sons: Nick (Naomi) McCrary, Ray Clark, and Dexter Clark; his daughter, Cindy; his sisters: Rita Clark and Dora Mae Wallace; his brother, John Clark; his nieces and nephews; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dexter, as he was affectionately known, was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Wallace; his fathers: John Clark (biological) and Marty Wallace (stepfather); and his daughter, Tregenia McCrary. A special mention goes to Rueben's dear friend and life partner, Jane Nelson.
